ICT Engineering is a DiTec Engineers division, engineering and consulting firm specializing in the area of telecommunications and in drafting ICT Projects (Common Telecommunications Infraestructures).

ICT Engineering is formed by a equipment of Telecommunication Engineers with extensive experience in ICT projects design for any type of building and have a partnership agreement for visa documents with the Official College of Engineers on Telecommunication (COIT).

ICT Elements

Services developed through a common telecommunications infrastructure are:

  • Radio broadcasting and terrestrial television: both analogue and digital, considering all the resources necessary for their reception, adaptation and distribution.
  • Radio broadcasting and Satellite television. In this case we contemplate uptake forecast, distribution and mix with previous signals.
  • Publicly available telephone services. Dimensioning, access and distribution of signals.
  • Fixed wireless access service and broadband communications: Access forecast and distribution ducts.

Everything described above is in accordance with current regulations in force laid down in:

  • RD 1 / 1998, 27 February about Common Telecommunication Infrastructures in buildings for access to telecommunication services.
  • RD 401/2003, April 4 that defines the regulatory rules of Common Telecommunications Infrastructures for access to telecommunications services inside buildings and CTE/1296/2003 order, May 14 that develops the RD.
  • Law enforcement 10/2005 14 June urgent measures for the promotion of digital terrestrial television.

This legislation introduced above is mandatory for achieving the habitability warrent.
