Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are files that contain small amounts of information that are downloaded onto the user's device when visiting a website. They are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer and do not provide evidence that allows access to the user's personal data.

You can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are typically set to accept cookies. To prevent the use of cookies in your internet browser, you can disable cookie usage through your browser settings and delete the cookies already set. The help functions of your internet browser will guide you on how to disable and delete cookies from your browser. Please note that disabling/deleting cookies may cause certain features of our website to not work as expected. Additionally, disabling/deleting cookies only affects the internet browser you are using at that moment. For other internet browsers, disabling/deleting cookies must be done again. Cookies that may be necessary for certain functions of our website are listed below.

Why do we use cookies?

We use cookies not only for our own interest but also to improve the functionality of our website and provide you with the best browsing experience. Specifically, the Owner is using cookies for the purposes outlined below. If in the future the Owner uses other cookies to provide additional and better services, the user will be informed about it. The installation of these cookies on the user's device will always occur after obtaining consent and/or configuration of these.

Types of cookies used

Cookies based on the duration of their activity

Session Cookies

For the proper functioning of our websites, we use session cookies that are stored on your device when you visit our website – regardless of whether you accept the cookies on the banner or not – and are always automatically deleted when you close the web browser (i.e., when you close the program). This allows us to provide you with various features on our website using the information from the cookies.

We use the following session cookies for the following purposes:

  • To ensure seamless playback of video or audio content;
  • To temporarily store certain user inputs;
  • To improve ease of use and statistical measurement.

Session cookies in which we process personal data:

Those used to temporarily identify or authenticate a user (for example, through a session ID to temporarily store the contents of the shopping cart).

Session cookies are automatically deleted after closing the web browser or, at the latest, at the end of the respective cookie's lifespan.

Persistent cookies

Persistent cookies are cookies that remain stored on your device even after you have closed your web browser. We use the information contained in these cookies to provide you with convenient features on our website (for example, to save certain user preferences or search and language settings). Additionally, we use them to collect information about your usage behavior on our website and leverage this data to improve it (for instance, by detecting errors) and personalize the advertisements we display to you.

Persistent cookies containing personal data to track your usage behavior are processed only with your consent, which you can provide when you first visit our website through the banner we display. You may revoke your consent to the processing of your usage behavior at any time by deleting all cookies set in your web browser.

Cookies based on the entity that manages them

First-party cookies

These are cookies sent to the user's device from a system or domain managed by the website owner, through which the requested service is provided.

Third-party cookies

These are cookies sent to the user's device from a system or domain that is not managed by the website owner but by another entity that processes the data collected through the cookies.

Cookies based on their purpose

Technical cookies

These cookies enable users to navigate a website, platform, or application and utilize the various options or services available, including those used by the website owner to manage and operate the website and enable its functions and services. Examples include controlling traffic and data communication, identifying sessions, accessing restricted areas, remembering items in a shopping cart, completing a purchase process, managing payments, preventing fraud related to service security, processing event registration requests, using security elements during browsing, storing content for video or audio playback, enabling dynamic content (such as loading animations for text or images), or sharing content via social networks. Also included in this category, due to their technical nature, are cookies that facilitate the most efficient management of advertising spaces that the website owner has incorporated into a website, application, or platform as part of its layout, based on factors such as published content, without collecting user information for other purposes such as personalizing advertising or content. Technical cookies are exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI when they are necessary to provide the service requested by the user, as is the case with the cookies mentioned above. However, if these cookies are also used for non-exempt purposes (e.g., behavioral advertising), they will be subject to the corresponding obligations.

Preference or personalization cookies

These cookies store information that allows users to access a service with specific characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users. Examples include language preferences, the number of search results displayed, the appearance or content of the service based on the type of browser used, or the region from which the service is accessed. If the user selects these preferences themselves (e.g., choosing a website's language by clicking on a country flag icon), these cookies are exempt from the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI, as they are considered a service explicitly requested by the user—provided that the cookies are used solely for the selected purpose.

Analytics or measurement cookies

These cookies enable their owner to track and analyze user behavior on the websites they are linked to, including measuring the impact of advertisements. The information collected through these cookies is used to assess website, application, or platform activity, allowing for improvements based on the analysis of user interaction with the service.

Behavioral advertising cookies

These cookies store information about users' behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, allowing the creation of a specific profile to display advertising tailored to their interests. It is important to note that these categories are provided as general guidelines based on the most common types of cookies. Website owners and third parties may classify cookies in a way that best aligns with their intended purposes, ensuring transparency for users.

Below, we provide a detailed explanation of the technologies and providers we use to analyze your user behavior:

How to avoid Cookies?

Users are provided with information that allows them to configure their web browsers to maintain their privacy and security regarding cookies. Therefore, we offer details and links to the official support pages of the main web browsers, enabling each user to decide whether to accept the use of cookies.

Thus, it is possible to block cookies through the browser's settings tools, or users can configure their browser to notify them when a server attempts to store a cookie:

Can the Cookie Policy be Modified?

This Cookie Policy may be modified in response to legislative or regulatory requirements or to adapt it to the guidelines issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Therefore, users are advised to review it periodically. In the event of significant changes to this Cookie Policy, users will be informed either through this website or via email.
